A decree is a statement you make with confidence, preferably aloud, declaring an event or situation that you have made a commitment to experience in your life.

To be literal, a decree is an order usually having the force of law.

You can make decrees that will help you achieve any goal that will help you as long as it will not hurt someone else.  The reason decrees work is simple.  There isn't anything mysterious or magical about it.  It is simply that when you decree that something will happen it becomes law—your law.

Sometimes it seems magical when you get the object or event of your decree, but really it is because the decree has focused the unlimited power of your mind on the goal, which encourages you to act in ways that guarantee that you will reach the goal.

Here is an example of a powerful decree:

 "I, John Business owner, decree that I am earning in excess of $10,000 every month."

Decrees work best if you move toward your goal in increments.  If a person is making $10,000 per month and his goal is to make $50,000 he might want to start decreeing that he is making $20,000 and build up to $50,000.

When you make your own law it has to be one you can believe in.  If you are making $10,000 per month, $50,000 might be unbelievable--but $20,000 is much more believable.  Often, in the interim, you will make much more than you are decreeing.

WHAT MIGHT BE DELAYING YOUR SUCCESS?

Most people do not want to invest much time in dealing with personal things that really block their prosperity, as sad as that seems.

Feelings of inferiority; the fear of being taken advantage of; the fear of approaching new customers; the belief that the really big profits only happen for other people or that the really big profits have already been taken--some, or all, of these get in the way of unlimited success for a lot of networkers.

The reason that decrees work is that they are a simple and easy way to start eliminating those blocks and to get things moving to produce positive results.

DECREES CAN WORK POWERFULLY AND QUICKLY.

Betty was working very hard in her home based business and had built her earnings to $2500 per month.  Although that is nothing to sneer at, she honestly believed she deserved a better return for the effort she was putting in.  We began working together to see what we could do increase her earnings.  She used a series of simple, progressive decrees with a goal of earning $10,000 a month.

Instead of starting immediately to decree that she was earning $10,000 she started lower.   In the first month she decreed earnings of $3500 and the second month $4500.  She continued to increase the amount each month, right up to $10,000.  She reached the goals she decreed each month.

In December she reached her $10,000.

Betty did not have to work harder to reach her goal.  But she believed more in the things she was already doing.  She actually believed more that she deserved the amounts she was decreeing.  When SHE began believing more, her customers also began believing more--and sooner.

Write your decree and put it in a convenient and conspicuous place where you can see it and declare it as often as possible.  The more often a decree is spoken, the more powerful it becomes.

Once you have spoken your decree don't concern yourself with how the experience is going to manifest itself.  That must be left to the power of the decree--get out of your own way.

Writing YOUR OWN decrees is the most powerful way.  When you put the POWER of your desire together with the POWER of your drive and the POWER of your intellect your decrees become POWER-FULL for you.

If you are not sure, or comfortable about knowing how to write an effective decree, here are some examples to spark your creativity:

I, Yourname, decree that I DESERVE to receive $(your amount) this month.

I, Yourname, decree that I AM earning $(your amount) this month.

I, Yourname, decree that new distributors come to me quickly and easily.

I, Yourname, decree that I DESERVE prosperity, health, and success.

Here is one of my favorites: "I, Dish, decree that large sums of money, big happy surprise and rich, rich, appropriate gifts now come to me under grace and in a perfect way."

Start NOW to stop affirming hard times, stop affirming discord, and stop affirming lack and limitation, and start NOW to affirm limitless good.
