About Us

The answer is YES.  A strong and definite YES.  Anyone who wants to make good money, whatever your definition of good money is, can definitely make it.  The key word in that whole statement is WANTS.  If you really want to make it, you can.
Everyone in networking has had that question.

We hear this question more than any other.  We spend most of every day talking with network marketers.  Some are brand new, just beginning their first independent venture.  Some have been working at it for a few months.  And some have been doing it for years.  Every one that we talk with has admitted to having that question when they first thought about getting into MLM or some other type of network marketing.

You can have what you want.
Its time for an English lesson.  'Really' means actually, unquestionably.  'Want' means to have a strong desire for.  So what we are saying is, if you actually, unquestionably, have a strong desire to make good money, you can. Really is not the same as very.
In fact, you already have what you "really want," because when someone "really wants" something they do whatever is necessary to get it.  And if it is physically possible they will get it.  Don't confuse wish and want.  I can wish for $1,000,000 and it probably isn't going to happen.  But I guarantee you that if I really want $1-Million, I will find out what I need to do to get it, and then I will do it.  And I will get the $Million. You WILL have what you really want.
The people who are the biggest successes in MLM or network marketing come from all walks of life.  Some of the most successful were, and are, stay-at-home moms.  They really wanted to be at home to help their families grow, and they did whatever was necessary to make that happen.  And in the deal a lot of them moved into the upper 10% income brackets along with corporate CEO's and medical and legal professionals. Stay at home moms are superstars, with their families and in their businesses.
Are these women with special talents or abilities who can do things others simply can't do?  Or, are they the lucky ones, who just happened to be in the right place at the right time?  The answers are no, and no.  They are people who wanted something and did what was necessary to have it. Luck has nothing to do with it.
But women aren't the only hugely successful ones.  We know engineers, insurance men, CPA's, auto mechanics, advertising execs, actors, plumbers, lawyers, contractors, teachers, secretaries, police officers, ministers, military, financial planners, and students who are making their dreams come true.  What they all have in common is that they knew what they wanted and are willing to do whatever is necessary to get it.

Most of them say that one of the first, and most difficult, things they had to do was change their thinking.  Even though they may have had years of training and education, or years of experience that taught them how to organize work and handle customers and co-workers, they had to change their thinking and become willing to learn from others.

Those who make the most money are NOT the ones who insist on re-inventing the wheel.  They are the ones who recognize that the wheel is fine the way it is and learn how to make it work for them.

The Multi-Level Marketing concept is much older and well-established than most think.  Almost any sales department in any company that runs in a free enterprise or capitalistic society is a variation of multi-level marketing.  Sales executives, vice-presidents or directors, usually do not engage in selling.  Their job is to make sure that the sales department is competently staffed and running smoothly and ethically.  They monitor practices to ensure that enthusiastic sales people stay within policy boundaries.

Sales managers may or may not sell personally.  In most organizations sales managers have three primary areas of responsibility.  They  recruit new sales personnel, they train sales people, and they manage them.  The recruiting function is often considered to be the most important function a sales manager has.  In order to succeed a sales manager must maintain a steady flow of good new people into the organization.

And, of course, the salespeople sell.  In a true sales organization the sales people are paid by commission only.  Many strong salespeople despise the idea of a salary.  They want to be in complete control of their earnings, and they want to be fully paid for the work they do.  Salaries mean that everyone gets paid whether they sell anything or not.  That means that the strong salespeople get paid less for what they do because some of the money they produce goes to pay the people who did not produce.

The main difference between MLM and the traditional sales department is that everyone gets the chance to be both business owner and sales manager.  That gives them the freedom to choose how to run the business.  If they want they can run it like a mom and pop store, doing most of the work themselves and earning a decent income.

Or, they can decide to build an organization by recruiting  and training others to sell for them and then doing the management functions to be sure that everyone in the organization stays happy and productive.  For that they are paid a commission, or override on everything sold by the people they recruited and usually everything sold by the recruits of the people they recruited, and the people they recruited, etc, etc.

It is clear that more product will be moved by a giant store than by a mom and pop store.  Owners of giant stores will earn more money than mom and pop.  But that is the freedom that each has--to choose which way will make them the happiest.

There is nothing that says that one MUST have more and more money to be happy.  But there also is nothing that says that if more and more money will make one more happy that it is wrong to have more and more either.  It depends on what the individual wants, and whether they will do what is needed to have it.

Doctor, Lawyer, and Indian Chief.
Are you willing to be teachable?
Nearly all sales organizations have multi-levels of marketing people.
Top level=Executive, Mid levels=Management, Lower levels=Sales
Top Level=You, Mid level=You and your recruits, Lower levels=Your recruits.
Small, medium or Large.  You have the freedom to choose.
Take as much as you want.  It is your choice.
If you are wondering whether you can really make good money, and you have the freedom to decide what good money is, then you can stop wondering.  The answer is yes, you can.  Now the choice is to decide whether you really want to make good money and whether you are willing to do what is needed to have it. Yes, you can make money--as much as you really want.
If that answer is yes, then the good news is that you can't fail.  You can hit some bumps.  You can experience some setbacks.  You can have some tense, sometimes agonizing, moments or days or weeks.  But you can't fail.
Someone much wiser than I said that success is a process and not an event.  It is a journey rather than a destination.  I know from my experience that this is true.  It is a trip that is sometimes smooth and enjoyable and at other times it is rough and arduous.  But it is always exciting and exhilarating.

With the network marketing opportunities available it is a trip with roadmaps.  You have to make the trip for yourself, but you don't have to make it by yourself.  There are leaders and mentors who will help you succeed when they know you have made the decision to succeed because your success will increase their own success.

When you begin to journey successfully remember to mentor and lead those who follow you because their success will be your greatest success.  And you will be richly rewarded for all that you do.

The secret of success is that there is no secret.  It is just a matter of keeping on, and doing successful things.
